We are currently looking for a **Business Controller - Supply Chain** as a Business Partner of the Supply Chain area who will guide the budgeting/forecasting processes.
It will proactively define and implement the actions aimed at guaranteeing the achievement of the objectives set out in the company plans.
It will provide support in cost optimization and in increasing profitability and prepare and participate in the Business Reviews with Middle and Top Management.
**Responsibilities & Tasks**
- Preparation of annual budgets (and forecasts) of the Overheads of the Supply Chain area (Production, Logistics, Demand Planning, Customer operations, Purchasing, R&D and Quality);
- Analysis and preparation of monthly financial reports/results for the Supply Chain area;
- Estimation of production plans for the determination of std costs;
- Supervision of the analytical accounting of the Group;
- Analysis of the deviations of the processes of its competence;
- Budget management and approval of the Group's Capex plan;
- Monitoring and analysis of the main operational and industrial KPIs;
- Support to the Supply Chain directors and the Budget and Control structure in the analysis and economic-financial assessments and make or buy of the operating process;
- Definition and monitoring of stock levels, obsolescence, rotation together with Logistics and Demand Planner;
- Calculation of the statutory value of the warehouse.
**Requirements**:
- Master's degree preferably in Management Engineering or Economics;
- Advanced knowledge of Office package with particular attention to Excel
- Team working oriented;
- Excellent planning, organizing and problem solving skills;
- Good analytical and proactivity skills;
- Fluency in English:
- A minimum experience of 5 years as a Manufacturing Controller in structured industrial contexts (preferably FMCG);
- Experience in industrial accounting and standard costs;
- Knowledge of ERP system (preferably SAP).
