Business Controller

Nice is looking for a Business Controller for the HQ based at Oderzo. Reporting directly to the Business Controlling Manager, he/she will be in charge of the sales reporting to Management and of the maintenance and reliability of the BI tool, working closely with the team located in the other Group subsidiaries, enhancing the cooperation between Finance and IT department.Main activities:Analyze results, set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas and general guidance as well as proposing enhancements for goals realizationClose teamwork with the Information Technology team being involved in all the Business Intelligence activitiesFollow up and monitoring the budgeting & forecast control cycleActively participate in the Budget and Forecast process, as well as in the monthly /quarterly / yearly closing process, in coordination with Finance dpt, but also in alignment with other actorsEnsuring all commercial reporting on monthly basis, signalizing issues and insightsEnsuring compliance with internal guidelines/procedures and external regulatory requirementsResponsible for the analysis of the sell-out prices and costs trendSkills requested:Bachelor's degree, either in Economics or in Engineering (preferred), with 3-5 years of experienceExcellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skillsCritical sense, strong curiosity and ability to organize working activitiesCapability to work in groups, to adapt under stress and to manage and respect the deadlinesAdvanced knowledge of Excel (lookups, pivot tables, etc.)Knowledge of management software (Microsoft Dynamics AX, Tagetik) and of SQL and VBA languages is considered a plusExperience with Business Intelligence software (Qlik, Power BI, etc.) is preferredFluent in English and in Italian
