At Ingenico, trust and sustainability are at the heart of everything we do.Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding a strong profit and loss account, balance sheet and free cash flow – management side.
Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.Preparing reliable Budget, establishing schedules and timing.
Responsible for analysing, consolidating and giving recommendations to senior management.Ensuring reporting output (recurrent and ad-hoc) to senior management and to EMEA management board is of the highest standard, easy to understand and fit for purpose.Improving existing reporting processes and systems to drive efficiency.Building strong relationships with the senior management team in providing support to CFO, CSO, and other senior managers (like operation, logistic and RD Directors) to make decisions.Contributing to Group Transformation Program and providing ad hoc support to transformation initiatives.Collaborating with local accounting and billing team supporting integration between accounting, tax and finance.Securing financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.Competency / Skill Requirements:Strong commitment to provide first-rate financial support business partnership.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels.Ability to communicate business as well as financial issues.Strong organisational skills, balancing demands and working to tight deadlines with an ability to work on your own initiative.Analytical and business modelling skills.Knowledge of International Accounting Standards.Ability to go into details and to rise up.Education Qualifications / Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.At least 4/5 years of experience in controlling/finance/FPA.Experience in working with multiple legal entities in an international matrix environment.Previous financial background of working in a large company environment or listed environment advantageous.IT Skills:Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Ability to use other office suite software such as word processor / outlook etc.Knowledge of Power BI an advantage.Cognos TM1 an advantage.As part of our values, we embrace diversity and inclusion at Ingenico.
