We are recruiting a Business Controller on a permanent contract.

You are the budgetary and strategic driver of the company in the search for the performance of commercial activities.
You will work closely with Management in accordance with the Group's guidelines.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Ensuring financial and budgetary management.
- Participate in the definition of the objectives of the controlling department.
- Monitoring of results and analysis of business development.
- Produce reports for the Management and the Group.
- Develop and update control tools (Customer/Seller mix, supplier conditions: complaints, discounts, marketing, stock...).
- Ensure financial and non-financial management information.
- Support functional managers.
- Participate in the reporting process at national and Group level: Monthly closings, forecast, budget and plans.
- Perform the analysis of reports and discrepancies, make recommendations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses.
- Develop business measures to improve financial performance and monitor their effectiveness.
**Your Profile**:
- Higher education such as a business school or university.
- At least 5 years of successful professional experience in the field of finance (business controller/Finance Controller), preferably with experience in IT or in the B2B distribution sector.
- Team Management.
- Business-oriented, with analytical skills and an excellent understanding of financial metrics.
- Ability to work in a "dynamic" environment where everything is changing at a rapid pace.
- International/multicultural profile, able to work with actors from other countries.
- Strong work ethic, resistance to pressure, good team spirit, ability to meet multiple deadlines, increased communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel, SAP and Power BI.
- Fluency in English/Italian.
