In Business Consulting, we deliver long-term value to our clients, people and EY by transforming businesses through the power of exceptional business insights, talent and experiences.
We are currently looking for students and new graduates interested in Business Transformation, Finance, Supply Chain and Risk to join our Business Consulting team.
What we do:
Business Transformation:Business Transformation is a multidisciplinary competency which gathers capabilities across our five sub-competencies: Transformation Architecture, Innovation and Experience Design, Business Design, Transformation Delivery and Life Science. We help solve problems, design and deliver transformation programs for multiple stakeholders on a large scale and in the long term.
Enterprise Riskprofessionalshelps clients to identify and address key risk areas, while building the agility to respond quickly to market changes. We leverage technology and integrate upside, downside, and outside risks to drive strategic value and maintain trust in a rapidly changing risk landscape. Key areas of focus include: Internal Audit and? Controls, Risk Management, Enterprise Resilience, Third Party Risk Management.
Financeprofessionals help our clients in turning the latest disruptive changes affecting the global market into sustainable values. This business unit is composed of three main teams such as Finance Transformation (mapping and reengineering of processes, analysis of organizational models etc…), Industry (finance services related to the National Plan , activities regarding incentives and company grants) and Funding 4 Innovation (management of projects related to European funds).
Financial Services (FS) Riskprofessionals help all C-suites, board members and the line of defense of companies in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business with keen and robust insights. This support is done through a transformative and agile approach that includes transformation of processes and procedures, risk analysis, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, analysis of business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, capital and liquidity management. In a nutshell, we transform the management of risks using technology.
Supply Chain & Operations:Our professionals support companies in preparing for the future era of autonomous supply chains while reducing costs and working capital. Our expertise extends from the end-to-end supply chain strategy to strategic architecture, operational excellence and supply chain resilience.
Technology Riskprofessionals helps clients in achieving sustainable growth. This is carried out by supporting our clients' efforts to protect their business performance and by providing trusted communications on internal control and regulatory compliance to investors, management, regulators, customers and other stakeholders.
Publicprofessionals help and support ministers, public entities, local and central Public Administrations in adopting new technologies with the aim of gaining better results for citizens and better experiences for public employees. Such support is enabled through two main sub-competencies: Government&Public Sector (programming, monitoring, evaluation and controlling of operations financed by European funds) and Healthcare (digitalization of processes and IT innovation of the Italian healthcare system).
