As Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Business Consultant you participate in the implementation of our CRM-solutions engaging with our international customers.
Responsibilities:Carry out business process analysis;Design innovative solutions for our customers making their business processes more efficient;Evaluate optimization possibilities with a particular focus on sales, marketing, after-sales;Organize and hold trainings and customer meetings;Support customers during the whole project lifecycle.Requirements:Experience with managing the implementation of IT business solutions (ideally in Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment);Outstanding analytical skills and conceptual thinking;Good team player and highly customer oriented;Willingness to travel;Excellent German and English language skills for our office in Bolzano; fluency in Italian and English for the Milan office, German language skills will be a plusWe offer:Cooperation with a highly qualified and engaged team of consultants;Involvement in international IT Consulting projects inside as well as outside the Würth Group;Flexible working hours as well as home-office-option;Attractive fringe benefits and appealing salary model;Wide range of training and development opportunities;
