Business Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM As Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Business Consultant, you will participate in the implementation of our CRM solutions, engaging with our international customers.
Responsibilities: Carry out business process analysis;
Design innovative solutions for our customers, making their business processes more efficient;
Evaluate optimization possibilities with a particular focus on sales, marketing, and after-sales;
Organize and hold trainings and customer meetings;
Support customers during the whole project lifecycle.
Requirements: Experience with managing the implementation of IT business solutions (ideally in Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment);
Outstanding analytical skills and conceptual thinking;
Good team player and highly customer-oriented;
Willingness to travel;
Excellent German and English language skills for our office in Bolzano; fluency in Italian and English for the Milan office; German language skills will be a plus.
