JOB DESCRIPTIONAttached to the Supply department as a Business Analyst, your main missions are to design, improve, maintain and communicate reports and analyzes to enable good management of Veepee operations.TASKSProduce complex analyzes on the evolution of metrics, correlations, impacts, etc.
by taking information from internal and/or external sources to help function owners manage their domains.Create, produce, maintain and distribute recurring reports required by the parties.Create presentations including available internal and/or external data to facilitate monitoring of progress or communication of deviations or analysis results.Design, implement and maintain dashboards in Microstrategy, the Group's BI tool, to improve the general availability of data and information.Define the group's Ops KPIs, coordinating efforts with the rest of the parties involved, in particular the Business Analysts and Function Owners within Ops.Coordinate reporting efforts across different areas to help prioritize and avoid duplication or overlap.MUST HAVE skillsHigher education such as bac +5 in engineering or business schoolYou have initial experience in Supply Chain or a similar Business Analyst roleYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skillsYou are curious and have good interpersonal skills.you have good presentation skills.You are comfortable with systems and are able to communicate with the people involved.You are proficient in Excel and have already worked on a data visualization tool.You speak English fluently.
