This role will support a large-scale procurement initiative, focusing on optimizing processes and implementing best practices throughout the procurement lifecycle.Duties and Responsibilities1.
Analyse current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement2.
Develop and document procurement policies, procedures, and best practices3.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business needs4.
Create detailed business and system specifications for procurement-related projects5.
Support the implementation and optimization of procurement systems and tools6.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings7.
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations8.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions on procurement processes and systems9.
Support change management initiatives related to procurement transformationsExperience RequirementsSkills Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in procurement (ideal)Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle models and processesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in English (C1)Keywords Studios follows a well-established Equal Opportunities Policy.
