We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to maximize the value of our data through accurate sales & marketing analysis, actionable insights, and forecasting.
This role is pivotal in supporting our sales and marketing teams to accelerate growth and efficiency.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? Sales Performance Management: conduct target and performance analyses, monitor campaign performance and KPIs, provide recommendations and actionable insights.Sales Excellence: drive value from data sources ensuring sales efficiency, visualize and maintain KPIs in Microsoft Power BI.Key User CRM (Salesforce): maintenance, first-line support and coaching of the Field Force.Category & Market Analysis: perform category analysis and derive insights for both internal and external stakeholders.Project management: involvement in cross-functional projects.WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.2–5 years in sales operations or a data/insights role; experience in the FMCG sector is highly advantageous.Native-level Italian and fluent English are required.Strong analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail, capable of extracting meaningful insights from complex data.Expertise in data analysis tools, including: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM systems (Salesforce) and data visualization platforms (Power BI).Exceptional communication abilities and a collaborative mindset; adaptable in independent and team settings with a proactive, hands-on approach.WHAT IS ON OFFER?
