Cosa farai?- Raccogliere le esigenze aziendali, tradurle in requisiti IT, analizzare i processi aziendali.- Collaborare con team IT, creare documentazione, testare e valutare le soluzioni, fornire formazione agli utenti finali.- Sviluppare e gestire piani di progetto, monitorare e controllare l'avanzamento, garantire il rispetto di budget e tempi, comunicare lo stato del progetto.- Implementare gli standard, i processi, gli strumenti, le metriche e le metodologie di Quality Assurance.- Fornire consulenza e facilitazione per l'implementazione dei processi IT e coaching dei team Agile.- Audit dei processi per Application Management e Service Infrastructure Management.? Cosa Richiediamo?- Laurea in informatica, ingegneria informatica o campo correlato.
Un titolo di studio avanzato sarà considerato un vantaggio.- Esperienza comprovata di almeno 2 anni come Business Analyst in ambito IT e digital transformation.- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana.- Livello di inglese B2 secondo il Quadro Comune Europeo di Riferimento per le Lingue.- Certificazione ITIL Foundation e/o Scrum Master sarà considerata un vantaggio.
