Description: Business Analyst II Process Management Major Purpose
Evaluates existing business processes, projects, and/or initiatives; recommends business improvement opportunities. Leads the definition, development, and implementation of business process improvement projects and initiatives of moderate complexity. Assists with and/or leads resolution of business process issues and provides in-depth knowledge of business, processes, and practices. Works without supervision while providing guidance to others. May serve as team lead or subject matter expert on a portion of the project.

As a SCW Analyst for Client A&CS Part Services located in Milan, IL, you will collaborate with customers and teammates to support the Smart Connected Warehouse (SCW) initiative. This includes:
Providing production support for facilities with modern solutions deployed.Deploying new capabilities as developed.Creating training documentation for warehouse office and floor staff.Performing end-user training and supporting implementations.What Skills You Need (Required): 1+ year's experience working within Operations and/or Engineering function.Strong communication and collaboration skills.What Makes You Stand Out (Desired): 2+ years of experience working in a warehouse or other operation.2+ years of experience in an engineering role supporting operations.Experience training personnel on processes and best practices.Experience supporting operations in the use of technical tools or IT systems.Education:
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Degree in Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience.Degree in Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience.Visa sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future.
