Business Analyst Ecommerce

We are looking for a business analyst with 2/3 years of experience in the role.
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of high-level systems (WHO, CRM, ESB, DAM / PIM)
- Knowledge of the leading software analysis and design standards (design patterns, frameworks)
- Knowledge of the primary software development methodologies (Agile technologies and continuous integration, Continuous Improvement systems)
- Relevant knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Windows environment
- Knowledge of the project management tools and ticketing system of the Atlassian Jira and Confluence suite and/or Service now
Operational headquarters: Milan, Florence, remote activities are also evaluated
