- Working on the Salesforce CRM implementation with ownership on different business flows
- Journeys definition: leveraging the design and the execution of enriched and personalized experiences, with a strong focus on innovation and customers' high value perception
- Ensure project monitoring and coordination, anticipating and communicating the project status and risks to the Country key stakeholders
- Design, gather and formalize requirements, set priorities based on users' needs
- Partner with IT to plan and prioritize the activities, optimizing resources and budget allocation, while leveraging on the latest technologies
- Anticipating project risks and reporting them to the manager in charge, while providing possible solutions
- Contributing to the improvement of current processes, policies, standards, and evaluation principles
- Keep a constant focus on stakeholders/system integrators/technological partners' needs
- 3/5 years of **CRM Project Management experience** in international digital transformation projects, gained **in consulting companies and system-integrators or in a well-structured company with a strong customer base**:
- Excellent data analysis, reporting and project management skills
- Strong conflict management and interpersonal skills
- **High level of understanding of Salesforce**:
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, critical and strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems
- Ability to manage highly sensitive issues under tight deadlines, strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high-energy and mission-driven colleague
- Passionate, with high ambition to value first-class delivery
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel in EMEA up to 40%
