Job Overview: We are looking for a highly qualified Business Analyst with experience in Big4 (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) and excellent command of English to join our team.
Department: Corporate Finance Type of contract: Full-time - Permanent contract Report to: CFO Key Responsibilities: Business plan development: work with the CFO to develop detailed business plans for new acquisitions and business projects.
Participate in the preparation of bid documents for mergers and acquisitions.
Due diligence: participate in conducting financial due diligence, reviewing financial statements, business performance, and potential risks to support informed decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting: participate in corporate budgeting and produce periodic forecasts to monitor the company's financial performance against set targets.
Financial Analysis: perform analysis of cash flows, costs, profitability, and operating performance to support management decisions.
Requirements: 5 years of experience at one of the Big4 (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or a similar consulting firm with exposure to MA, corporate finance, or due diligence projects.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
A master's degree in finance or MA is considered a plus.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills.
