**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a highly qualified Business Analyst with experience in Big4 (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) and excellent command of English to join our team.
Department: Corporate Finance
Type of contract: Full-time - Permanent contract
Report to: CFO
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Business plan development: work with THE CFO to develop detailed business plans for new acquisitions and business projects.
- Participate in the preparation of bid documents for mergers and acquisitions.
- Due diligence: participates in conducting financial due diligence, reviewing financial statements, business performance and potential risks to support informed decision making.
Will also tend to the following activities:
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Participates in corporate budgeting and produces periodic forecasts (forecasts) to monitor the company's financial performance against set targets.
Financial Analysis: Performs analysis of cash flows, costs, profitability, and operating performance to support management decisions.
**Requirements**:
- 5 years of experience at one of the Big4 (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or a similar consulting firm with exposure to M&A, corporate finance or due diligence projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or related fields. A master's degree in finance or M&A is considered a plus.
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills
