Business Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst specializing in the implementation of Transport Management Systems (TMS). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the global deployment of our TMS, ensuring it meets the needs of all branches and integrates seamlessly with existing systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in TMS, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and software providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to the Group's Truck/Rail/Barge transport management.Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure alignment with the TMS capabilities.Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful software deliveries.System Configuration and Testing:Guide the configuration of the TMS to meet business requirements and optimize its functionalities.Develop and execute test plans to ensure the TMS operates as intended.Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the testing phase.Training and Support:Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation.Data Integration and Reporting:Ensure seamless integration of the TMS with existing systems and data sources.Develop and maintain reporting tools to provide insights and analytics on transport operations.Continuous Improvement:Monitor the performance of the TMS and identify areas for improvement.Propose and implement enhancements to optimize system performance and user experience.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on TMS implementation.In-depth knowledge of Transport Management Systems and related technologies.Experience leading large-scale IT implementations.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.Experience in a global or multi-site environment Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
