Due to the current expansion of the Group, we are looking for a
**BUSINESS ANALYST**
**Responsibilities**
The resource, working closely with the CEO, the COO and the CFO will be responsible for:
- Creating detailed business analysis, through data modelling techniques, to build a framework of KPIs for the Group and sub-KPIs for its companies
- Developing business models and related financial plannings on both levels (Group/Group companies)
- Formulating ways for businesses to improve, based on previous researchs, partnering cross-functionally with the Heads of other areas/companies
- Developing and monitoring data quality metrics, ensuring business data and reporting needs are met, defining the proper KPIs to facilitate business performance monitoring
- Monitoring business initiatives, providing financial insights that help the decision-making process, and aligning capital and resource allocation within the business budget
- Developing new solutions and services for each business company of the Group, driving fresh initiatives for financial planning and business intelligence systems
- Implementing innovation projects (digital transformation), driving fresh initiatives for financial planning and business intelligence systems
- Developing comprehensive E2E test cases to improve the Group systems
- Identifying problems suggesting appropriated actions to the Management Team and department Heads where concerned, exploring different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts
- Driving process quality control issues and identifying opportunities for improvement
**Requirements**:
- **Master's Degree**, preferably in **Economics or Engineering Management**
- Having earned a Master's degree in Business Administration will be valued as a preferred requirement
- Experience of at least 2 to 3 years in the above-mentioned roles is appreciated
- It is appreciated a background in consultancy firms
- **Fluent** in English and Italian
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially **Excel**
- **Data-driven** approach
- Good interpersonal and team working skills
- Being able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously
- Self-starter with strong attention to details
