Our client, one of the most important oncology research and development Company in Italy, has decided to strenghten its strategic and operational staff and asks us to research and select a**:Business Analyst**

Mandate:
The role of this Manager, in staff to the Deputy CEO, is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships between the company and all the other functions and managers of the other Companies of the Group.
He/she will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are satisfied, a team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the Group.
Main responsibilities:
Assistance in defining strategic plans and their implementation
Internal Client Relationship Management, so address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively
Client Advocacy within the company, ensuring the internal Clients' needs are understood and met
Revenue Generation, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and formulate the commercial offer in alignment with the deputy CEO
Market Knowledge: stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions in the CRO, CDMO and biotech sector and promptly inform with appropriate reports the Deputy CEO.
**Requisiti**:
Specific requirements:
Master degree, preferred in Business Administration or Management Engineer or Biotech Sciences
3/5 years of prior experience in supporting C-suite Directors in business evaluation, client management, providing solutions matured in the pharma, or chemical, or Consultancy, or financial services industries
We'd like to meet analytical and structured person with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English, commercial awareness, relationship building, excellent organization and time-management ability, excellent negotiation skills. He/she will be hands-on and stress resistant.
