The Role
The Business Analyst is the main interface with all internal functions of Transmission Division. She/he has the responsibility to initiate, plan, support, execute, finalize, monitor & control specific transformation and process improvement projects in accordance with CCO and CEO Projects Division.
- Support of a specific transformation journey till 2030 with the aim to reshape the operating model of BU Project. Not exhaustive activities are:
a) overall monitoring of project progress in terms of costs and benefits
b) PM for specific streams of transformation journey
c) support for supplier scope of work preparation
d) front end for external consultants, project reporting to top management
- gather and analyze company data on business processes to identify needs and recommend solutions
- Support for BU consolidation data for specific tasks (integrated planning, investment presentations etc.)
- Support for evaluate potential operative and economics impacts due to introduce new business ideas
- PMO for inter
- functional process improvement activities
Key Requirements
Preferably around 1-2 years of professional experience as a Transformation and /or Strategy Analyst in A&D, Energy industry or international consulting firm
- Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar related Degrees
- Fluency in English
- Strong negotiation skills, team working abilities and excellent leadership and influencing skills
- Attitude to deeply understand the scope and technical aspects of a transformation project together with the traditional PM skills
- Flexible mindset and able to work in a very dynamic context
- Good communication skills
- Very strong analytical skills
- Specific knowledge of submarine cable and offshore operations are a plus.
