Business Analyst

Role Overview:

Join our Team as a Business Analyst and be the main point of contact for our Transmission Division. You will drive key transformation and process improvement projects, working closely with the CCO and CEO Projects Division.
What you will do:
Lead Transformation
Support a major transformation journey through 2030 to reshape our operating model.
Monitor project progress and manage specific transformation streams.
Assist in preparing supplier work scopes and reporting to top management.
Collaborate with external consultants.
Data & Process Improvement
Analyze business processes, identify needs, and recommend solutions.
Support Business Unit consolidation tasks like planning and investment presentations.
Evaluate new business ideas and their operational and economic impacts.
Provide PMO support for cross-functional process improvements.
What we are looking for:

Experience:
1-2 years in transformation or strategy analysis, preferably in A&D, energy, or consulting.
Education:
Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar related Degrees.
Skills:
Strong negotiation skills, teamwork, leadership and communication skills.
Ability to understand both the scope and technical aspects of transformation projects.
Flexible mindset and able to work in a very dynamic context.
Specific knowledge of submarine cable and offshore operations are a plus.
