Business Analyst opportunity with a reputable company in the Lancaster area.
Hybrid work options and pay up to $40/hr are being offered.
You will be joining a seasoned team to serve as the liaison between technical teams and business units on key projects for the company as they continue on modernization projects.
Qualified candidates will have the following experiences: 3+ years of business analyst experience in an Agile environment Demonstrated experience working alongside technical teams and business users to gather requirements, create specifications, and ensure solutions meet expectations Some exposure to software testing Create documentation for end users training and process/procedures SQL experience highly desired.
