Do you enjoy collecting and analyzing data to detect improvements, and in this way support clients to reach growth opportunities?Then we might be looking for you!MSX is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Business Analyst to collect, collate, and analyze various internal and external composite data and documents related to the activity, supporting the National Sales Company in identifying and prioritizing improvements and growth opportunities at the National level.The role:The Business Analyst is responsible for managing relationships and the entire vehicles ordering, invoicing, and registration process for Long Term Rental companies.Tasks include:Identify and collect key data from both internal and external sources.Propose implementations of new tools of analysis.Strategic analysis on internal requests from the Fleet department.Communication and data sharing with Management and field staff.Use the National Sales Company operating systems for managing the various phases of the fleet process.Use Long Term Rental systems for order entry and invoicing.Analyze the data and identify key opportunities for fleet sales growth at the National level.Collect and provide market analysis to assist formulation of current and future fleet sales marketing strategy.Carry out analysis and reports about how the activities carried out are improving.Prepare all supporting materials and attend regular program meetings.Manage email requests from Long Term Rental companies.About you:We would love to welcome a new colleague with strong data interpretation skills and problem-solving/analytical thinking.
Our ideal Business Analyst has:Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar;1 year of experience in the automotive sector;6 months of previous experience in similar positions;Advanced user of Office and Excel tools (including pivot tables);Adaptability and flexibility;Good planning and organizing skills;Ability to work in a team;Ability to take initiative;Interpersonal skills;Languages: Italian and preferably English, spoken and written;Experience in using BI tools and data mining is considered a plus.Working pattern:Location: RomeHybrid (3 days office – 2 days remote)40 hours per weekWhat we offer:We offer professional growth first.
