**BUSINESS ANALYST**:
How will you contribute?
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Analyst to join a well-established Industrial Company based in Binasco (Sud Milan).
You will be responsible for analysing existing business processes, gathering requirements, and finding solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
**Main Activities**:
Analyse and document existing business processes;
Utilise data and analytics to identify areas of improvement;
Develop solutions to improve process and system performance;
Create detailed requirements documents;
Test, debug and validate solutions;
Utilise project management skills to ensure successful completion of projects;
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors;
Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely and efficient solutions;
Provide guidance and training to staff as required;
Liaise with senior management to ensure successful delivery of projects;
Prepare reports and presentations.
Qualifications and Competencies
Expertise in data analysis and process improvement;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Knowledge of project management;
Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint;
Knowledge of software development processes.
