**OFFICE**
Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub and home to all of the NGG staff functions.
Turati is where the behind-the-scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
**THE ROLE**
We are looking for a Business Analysis who will report to the Strategic Planning Director.
You will be in charge of conducting research and analysis in order implement the allocation follow-up
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Ownership of the business tools for managing sales campaign activities (main collection, special project, capsule, collab, etc.
)
- Monitoring of the adherence of Sales & Planning processes to the requirements of SOX Compliance Team.
- Generation of insights and quarterly revies and implementation of business procedures to guarantee a correct alignment to SOX checks.
- Supervise the shipment and allocation process
- Support the management team for gap analysis remediation.
- Monitoring of sales campaign calendars for all Brands/divisions.
WHO YOU ARE
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, previous experience in a luxury brand will be considered a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills
- Must have good planning, organizational and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English
