WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst at the Manager level to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for gathering requirements, identifying innovative solutions, and driving product development.

As a key player in our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying challenges, reviewing existing solutions, and analyzing partner integrations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable user stories for product teams.
Conduct market reviews to identify potential partners and solutions.
Conduct interviews with stakeholders to capture needs and preferences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop strategies for product enhancement.
Support the development of prototypes by providing clear and concise requirements.
Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy policies.
Interface with the business to outline challenges and review existing solutions, both internal and external.
Analyze partner integrations to inform product development.
Act as the interface between the business and the product team, forming requirements for product development.
Support internal candidates transitioning into a product role, particularly those with a background in commerce or performance-based campaign activation.
WHO YOU ARE Proven experience in business analysis or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Mathematics, Economics, or related field.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000.
Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
