**Job Profile Summary**
Global Ops Enablement (GOE) sits at the critical intersection of our Customers and Operations.
Working within a team of Product Owners and Process Optimisation SME's.
This role supports the ideation and development of global enablement projects and tools.
Identifying and addressing development issues, process improvement initiatives and operational process optimization through project teams and stakeholder groups.
Problem Solving/Assessment
- Determines and applies appropriate methodologies and tools for analysing a range of functional and/or cross-functional issues (sometimes complex or with a high level of ambiguity)
- Identifies process gaps and issues and suggests improvements
Project Management
- Using appropriate project management skills and best practices, creates and coordinates project plans and resources, executing them using appropriate tools and techniques
- Supports iterative and agile development practices
- Ensures focus and resources are in the right place at the right time
- Works with stakeholders to gain alignment through ideation and development stages
- Proactively communicates progress
- Identifies and manages risks and issues
Product & Process Implementation and Change Management
- Identifies opportunities for system and process change/improvement
- Champions regional and global teams to shape operational requirements/improvements and change management programs
- Guides BSAs and development teams on solution design
- Updates process and procedural documentation
- Ability to analyse, understand and annotate 'pain points' and make suggestions to overcome
- Employs design thinking
- Supports user acceptance planning and testing
- Supports development and backlog analysis, monitoring and control
- Supports post project benefit and success assessment
Stakeholder Management
- Understands stakeholder needs and builds effective relationships
- Proactively communicates issues and risks and escalates conflicts, proposing options for resolution
- Partners with stakeholders to analyse, define and document business processes within and across functional areas
- Acts as an SME point of contact with cross functional and Field Operations teams / stakeholders
- Supports, coaches and guides end user development
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in complex physical environments, data centres, or similar architectures
- Ability to participate and influence cross-functional projects involving global / regional challenges as required by the business
- Proven ability to execute projects and successfully execute development initiatives and deliver outcomes
