**Role description**:
As a Business Advisory - Building Consultant, you will be a fundamental resource for the development of Arcadis.
You will be involved in innovative projects that reflect the spirit of the company, and you will provide support to the company's business lines in the implementation of new initiatives.
You will carry out status analyzes, through documentation and on-site supervision at construction sites (with the necessary safety requirements) and you will be a point of reference for the group's customers.
You will be involved **in due diligence tasks **together with professionals in the sector, with the possibility to work in dynamic and high-level teams.
**Role accountabilities**:
- Documentary analysis: authorizations, cadastral status and town planning and building documentation;
- Site supervision to check the state of the buildings, identify defects and discrepancies; evaluation of the costs necessary for the adaptation (CapEx plan estimate);
- Analysis of the property maintenance status through an inspection;
- Tenancy and lease analysis;
- Customer support during the negotiation and drafting of sale contracts in coordination with the advisors involved for legal, fiscal and environmental issues;
- Drafting of checklist and Q&A formulation
- Analysis of the progress of real estate development;
- Checking the timing and quality of the project;
- Analysis of procurement contracts and costs incurred;
- Verification of SALs and Certification of the work progress with the cash flow updating
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- At least 3/5 years of experience in due diligence at Real Estate companies and / or technical offices;
- A bachelor's and/or master's degree, preferably in Architecture or Building/Civil Engineering;
- Excellent ability in analysis and synthesis;
- Relationship skills and aptitude for team work;
- Goal orientation;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (B2 / C1, written and spoken);
- Excellent knowledge of the Office Package;
- Knowledge of drawing and planning software (Autocad/Revt);
- Availability for short trips on the national / international territory.
