Now, Let's Get Down to Business Reporting into the Business Account Manager Coordinator you will deliver net sales and gross margin within account portfolio and a financial year in line with annual and strategic company objectives.

Here's a sample of what you'll get up to: • Achieve net sales and gross margin profit targets in line with annual and strategic objectives and Market Share target for Customer and/or Channel.• External negotiation: maximise sales and margins, constantly striving to grow sales and profit.
Develop and implement Joint Business Plans with key accounts to secure breakthrough growth.
• Constantly track customer performance and needs and proactively make recommendations to help improve customer performance & profitability.
Maximise the use of all available data and information, in order to support all customer proposals with compelling strategic and commercial agreements.
• Ensure accurate forecasting.
Liaise with Customer Services, Demand Planning and Supply Planning to maximise on-going product availability and meet service level & working capital targets.
• Strong interaction and collaboration with Marketing & Category Development Department, in order to accomplish company objectives.

This is a great opportunity for someone with National Account professional experience.
Ideally you will have gained experience within an International Consumer Goods or Cosmetics company.
Here's what we are looking for: • Significant Account Management experience, ideally also in Drugstores channel.
• Strong communication/presentation skills.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills are essential.
• Consolidate computer literate Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office are essential.
• Graduate or equivalent in commercial related subject.
