**PRESENTATION OF TELEFONO AZZURRO**
Telefono Azzurro promotes the full respect of children and adolescent's rights.
With its activities, it constantly encourages their development potentialities and protects them from violence and abuses that can affect their wellness and growth.
Telefono Azzurro daily listens to children and adolescents and offers concrete answers to their requests of help, also through the collaboration with institutions, associations and other territorial entities.
**ROLE'S AIM**
Sharing the mission of the Association, the resource will have to implement and coordinate activities and projects that contrast the phenomenon of bullying.
Through these, he/she will promote strategies aimed to prevent, help and operate to contrast the bullying phenomenon operating on children, adolescents, teachers and parents, at school as well as in other aggregation environments.
**TASKS AND ACTIVITIES**
- Management of the project's whole life cycle and activities: launch, implementation of activities, production of deliverables, control and closure
- Study and analyses of the topic and definition of the best and most feasible strategies, also with an international comparison on the topic
- Definition of the steps, objectives and implementation models in relation to the drafting of new projects
- Retention and development of relations with all stakeholders involved in the project
- Creation, monitoring and management of project plans and constant sharing with the Management team
- Management of the project's schedule and deadlines
- Monitoring of budget and management of the economic and financial reporting
- Project quality control: ensuring that the quality standards adopted are respected
- Management and coordination of project partners
- Management of the relationships/contacts with possible funders of the project (public/private) developing relations of trust
- Management of the human resources involved in the project
- Control and management of project's risks
- Involvement of stakeholders that can influence project activities
- Participation in the project promotion actions necessary for the dissemination of the results
**STUDIES, LANGUAGE AND COMPUTER SKILLS**
- Preferential Postgraduate/Master title in Project Cycle Management or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English (B2, C1 level)
- Excellent skills of main computer tools (Office package, Google Suite etc.
)
**EXPERIENCES, QUALIFICATIONS AND SOFT SKILLS**
- Proven experience in similar roles with experience in managing complex national and international projects, preferentially in non-profit structures, associations or foundations
- Proven experience in project management roles
- Experience in drafting projects for public or private calls
- Methodological approach, organization and planning disposition, combined with a strong pragmatism
- Ability to manage and conduct complex meetings within articulated working groups
- Determination to achieve project's objectives and results
- Ability to develop relationships with the financial supplier (public/private) and flexibility to communicate with all levels/profile involved in the project
- Communication and presentation skills in national and international contexts
- Reliability, integrity, fairness
- Management/mediation skills of potential conflicts
- Availability to travel in Italy and abroad
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage with different stakeholders
- Dynamism and ability to work independently and in team
