What the job of Bulk Shift Coordinator looks like at the Grünenthal plant in Italy: Oversee the activities taking care of the respect of the production data parameters coordinating, guiding and controlling the staff on duty according to schedule and the received jobs;Ensure compliance with the safety, health and environmental protection;Check the correct execution of maintenance work;Make emergency interventions necessary and currency, within the framework of the deliveries received, the need to involve the upper;Coordinate the training of personnel entrusted;Ensure compliance with legal obligations and operational procedures regarding safety and hygiene and environmental protection within the area of expertise;Ensure compliance with the applicable legislation and regulations in compliance with the provisions of the control model pursuant to and by effect of Legislative Decree no. 231/01 and codes of conduct, Grunenthal / Farmindustria / EFPIA within the area of expertise.What will you bring: Degree preferably in science subjects (biology, CTF, pharmacy, engineering);2/3 years of experience as shift coordinator or similar functions;Good manufacturing practice;Knowledge of processes and manufacturing plants;Interpersonal understanding and communication;The ability to inspire and motivate others.Grünenthal offers equal employment opportunities.
