What the job of Bulk Shift Coordinator looks like at the Grünenthal plant in Italy:
Oversee the activities taking care of the respect of the production data parameters coordinating, guiding and controlling the staff on duty according to schedule and the received jobs;
Ensure compliance with the safety, health and environmental protection;
Check the correct execution of maintenance work;
Make emergency interventions necessary and currency, within the framework of the deliveries received, the need to involve the upper;
Coordinate the training of personnel entrusted;
Ensure compliance with legal obligations and operational procedures regarding safety and hygiene and environmental protection within the area of expertise;
Ensure compliance with the applicable legislation and regulations in compliance with the provisions of the control model pursuant to and by effect of Legislative Decree no. 231/01 and codes of conduct, Grunenthal / Farmindustria / EFPIA within the area of expertise.
What will you bring:
Degree preferably in science subjects (biology, CTF, pharmacy, engineering);
2/3 years of experience as shift coordinator or similar functions;
Good manufacturing practice;
Knowledge of processes and manufacturing plants;
Interpersonal understanding and communication;
The ability to inspire and motivate others.
