Role Definition
Coordinates facilities projects related to the installation, relocation, and modification of plant utility systems, machinery, and other operating functions. Assists in designing solutions and implementing projects related to the site/buildings.
Responsibilities
• Managing purchase orders and invoices for projects and daily operations.
• Monitoring and maintaining supplies and inventory for one or more facilities.
• Serving as first line of support for building service problems and work requests.
• Assisting facility engineers and supporting maintenance and other related departments.
• Demonstrating knowledge of and the ability to carry out strategies and tasks that support the mission and goals of the leader and the organization.
Skills Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with levels of precision.
Collaborating:
Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Effective Communications:
Understanding of effective communication concepts; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs.
Problem Solving:
Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing and resolving with support organizational, operational or process problems.
Facilities Management:
Knowledge of safety measures for physical facilities.
Preventive Maintenance:
Knowledge of hardware systems and its functioning; ability to inspect and correct errors with hardware systems and applying measures proactively to ensure stable functioning.
Requirements
- High School Degree (Technical Institute)
- Master Degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical) or Achitecture
- Knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of Technical Drawings
