**Your Future Role**
As Head of Business Unit, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our commercial and technical activities. You will play a central role in market development and serve as the primary liaison with headquarters and regional management.
- Strategic Planning: Ensure effective strategic planning in close collaboration with other company functions.
- Team Management:
- Monitor individual and team performance through clear and measurable goals, inspiring and motivating the team.
- Promote an inclusive environment that values diversity, equity, and collaboration, providing ongoing coaching and support.
- Company Interface: Act as the primary contact for HQ Division and Regional Management, sharing reports on implemented strategies.
- Sales Orientation: Be directly involved in daily business operations, focusing on customer acquisition and support.
- Technical Leadership: Oversee technical activities with a focus on electric motors and drives, supporting both technical and commercial development.
- Market Development: Drive the growth and development of the local market.
- Economic Management: Be accountable for the Business Unit's profit and loss, working closely with the financial team.
- Escalation Point: Handle critical issues and resolve business-related challenges.
**Your Profile**
- Experience: 5-10 years of managerial experience, preferably in the electric motors and drives sector.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of industrial technologies, electric motors, and automation systems.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record in managing and motivating multidisciplinary teams.
- Financial Skills: Strong budget management and financial control capabilities.
- Customer Focus: Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Languages: Fluency in Italian and English. German proficiency will be considered an asset.
- Travel Availability: Willingness to travel occasionally both nationally and internationally.
