And it starts with our passion for innovation.Job SummaryDirectly manage daily activities of the finance team to ensure quick accurate recording of revenues, expenditures, assets, liabilities and Tax compliance.Manage reporting and budgeting to provide all relevant insights on financial performance to enable timely business decision-making.ResponsibilitiesManage daily operation of Finance - Accounting team (booking, reporting, and taxation).Month-end closing; financial statements, AR aging, payments, inventory and cash-flow.Profitability analysis by product, by segment, by source; review sales policy, evaluate discount - promotion efficiency and timely share to related stakeholders.Support in communication with RHO Finance about company actual performance, rolling forecast and required tasks.Timely report to HOD and MD, share to related stakeholders if necessary.Budget implementation including annual/mid-term budget based on RHO guidelines.Coordinate with all departments for budget schedule, budget review and propose necessary adjustments.Concentrate/monitor budget; run the financial simulation as well as rolling forecast/variance analysis and report to HOD and MD.Tax compliance.Internal/ external auditors, internal control and effective accounting system and policies, accounting procedures.Manage, coach, train and support the staff.Global/ Region/ Local Initiatives Participate in Region conferences, and special projects, where required.Prepare and submit reporting requirements and needs when required.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent | CIMA, CMA, ACCA will be a plus.Experience: At least 5 years' experience in same role or above.Strong in FPA (Financial planning analysis) | VAS, IFRS and Tax law.Proficient in MS office and solid experience with SAP.Language proficiency: Vietnamese English is mandatory.SkillsAble to work under high pressure and dynamic environment.Leadership management.Excellent interpersonal, communications with different level.High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion in Finance – Accounting.Hard working, good teamwork, training coaching, pro-active and motivation.Local contract terms onlyUnderstanding that Serving Society with Superior Quality is our heritage and our mission, and embracing our responsibility to future generations as a global leader in our industries, Bridgestone and its teammates around the world employ innovation and technology to improve the way people move, live, work and play.
