What You'll Do: As the Broadcast Graphics Coordinator based in Milan, Italy, you will manage and oversee the team of graphic operators, ensuring seamless operation of graphic systems for live weekly events and coordinating with clients to meet their graphic needs.
Responsibilities: Train new graphic operators on software, systems, and procedures, manage and schedule shifts, and coordinate operator bookings.Communicate weekly with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback to improve services, and ensure client specifications are met.Oversee operation and maintenance of graphic systems and software, ensure systems are operational before live events, and troubleshoot technical issues.Coordinate with the production team to prepare graphic elements, ensure graphic content is ready and meets quality standards, and manage real-time graphic insertions.Implement and maintain quality control processes, review and approve graphic content, and seek ways to improve production processes.Maintain records of graphic activities and schedules, prepare reports on operations, client feedback, and system performance, and document procedures.Collaborate with producers, directors, and team members, provide technical support to graphic operators, and facilitate communication between creative and technical staff.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media Production, Broadcast Technology, or related field.Proven experience in broadcast graphic design and production.Familiarity with broadcast automation systems and content management systems (CMS) (preferred).Experience in managing and training a team of operators.Proficiency in broadcast graphic software (e.g., Vizrt, Chyron, Ross Xpression).Strong attention to detail and quality.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet broadcast schedules.Must be available to start work immediately and be based in Milan.Join a passionate and innovative team dedicated to revolutionizing sports broadcasting.
