Descrizione del lavoro We are super excited to announce that we are now looking for a Branding & Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team in our Milan Head Office. As the Branding & Communications Specialist you will be responsible for developing and executing local marketing campaigns  across the marketing miz to maxime sales  in line with brand values and objectives. You will report into the Head of Marketing and work across various lines of business, including Retail, Wholesale, E-Com and B2B and collaborate with various internal stakeholders as well as external partners. Within this role, you will work, not only with the local Marketing team in Milan but also with our Global Marketing Team in the Global HQ.   Key Accountabilities: Own end to end execution of omni-channel (ATL) media campaigns to grow brand awareness and consideration in Italy, by creating consistency through online campaigns. As well as this, you will also be accountable for: Localise and execute strong marketing campaigns that leverage owned, earned, and paid channels. Optimise Marketing/Media ROI with impactful campaign and media strategies, based on data-driven decision making. Brief & work with our external local media agencies to generate strong 360° campaigns. Project and budget management Report & evaluate campaign results whilst implementing learnings and actions.   Share marketing campaign best practices with both local and global stakeholders Keep up to date on industry innovations, competitor brands and media & advertising trends. Conduct regular analysis of brand awareness and perception using brand index data, to shape upcoming strategies.  You will also: Localize global content calendar development by creating local content with our social media agency (shootings, influencers content, UGCs)  Source, evaluate and secure strong activations with influencers via our social media agency and influencers platform Increase brand awareness, engagement, trial and drive-to-(e)store by implementing the brand positioning in a way that is consistent with the global strategy but locally relevant.  Devise and execute the mass sampling strategy via media opportunities,  Brief and manage our media agency on the offline media strategy (print, (D)OOH, TV, cinema…)   Provide qualitative and quantitative evaluation and analyze performance of influencers content  Your Experience: 4-6 years relevant experience within   Experience in brand marketing or similar role (specialising in media/brand management), preferably within Beauty/FMCG/Retail or relevant experience within PR/ media agencies in managing PR/ Digital PR Experience in briefing and working with external agencies Being commercially driven and working to KPIs Passionate about the bath & body, home and well-being industry Flexible with priorities and comfortable in a fast pace, agile environment Strong communicational skills Extremely driven, a self-starter and team player with attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability Personal Attributes Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to communicate and liaise at all levels. Proactive and can-do attitude, able to work on own initiative and demonstrate tenacity and resilience.  Able to work in a pressurised environment and meet tight deadlines.  Able to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills. Able to listen to and balance the needs of the employees and the needs of the organisation. Comfortable in providing feedback and positive challenge.  Able to successfully manage change and deal with ambiguous situations.
