**Job description** Purpose of the role**:
Safilo is looking for a young talent to train in the **Brand** **Trade Marketing** office for a 6 months experience in the headquarters of Padua.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Define Trade Marketing projects/assets that are effective/consistent with G2M Strategy and prepare the necessary briefing for Brand Team, Digital Team, etc.
- Interact with Designers/FH Visual Merchandisers to define the visibility materials briefing to ensure consistency with FH and OCB seasonal campaigns, meet opticians' needs and engage end consumers;
- Responsible for the project management and creative guidance for all pop materials, promotional items and guidelines ensuring qualitative, timely and cost compliance;
- Responsible for the FHs/Brands approval flow management and external agencies and supplier's engagement for the development and production of all needed POS creativities and materials, through rendering and prototype evaluation to respect G2M timing and target costs;
- Manage massive global productions and enable and approve local productions coordinating local suppliers and local Trade Marketing teams;
- Ensure the necessary excellence of local in-store and window implementation according to the guidelines and approving extra guidelines market needs and requests;
**Desire skills and experiences**:
- Degree in Economics and Statistics (Master's Degree in Marketing Management will be helpful);
- Computer literate - Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint);
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English;
- Proactivity, curiosity and enthusiasm;
- Interest in the Company and for the fashion & luxury world;
- Inclination for interpersonal relationships, humility, autonomy and flexibility.
