The Brand Representative reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible for the management of the day-to-day activities of sales tasks in the assigned region (Lombardy) as well as for dealers/special deals, to implement the organization's wholesale commercial strategy. His/her tasks include the building and development of relationships with clients and partners to maximize the business interests, presentation, and technical explanation of the new collection to clients/wholesalers/Retail partners and collection of pre-orders, negotiation with existing and new strategic wholesalers.

Tasks & responsibilities Implementation of the company strategic plans and programs designed for growth and profitability in the assigned areaEnsure high qualitative management of all dealers located in the assigned area with periodic/regular visits to achieve the defined sales targets, manage the in-store tasks, be the main point of contact, reinforce relationships, gain market shareTraining of dealers' sales teamsParticipation in the accurate implementation of the brand-building/positioning strategy and support of the trade-marketing teamCreation and development of new business opportunities through category expansion, partnerships, and promotionsDevelopment of the online channels if the dealer has an e-comSales promotion and Brand Representation during public eventsSalesman samples management (maintenance of the showrooms)Management of objections, claims, cancellations, delays, etc. Profile 5+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the outdoor or consumer goods industryUnderstanding of outdoor industry and a personal interest in mountain / alpine sports is a mustStrong customer focus and knowledge of consumer branding, communication, and promotional techniquesIn-depth knowledge and understanding of the sales processAvailability to travel frequentlyAnalytical approach
