BRAND & PRODUCTS EXPERIENCE MANAGER Main responsibilities • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the lifecycle of projects related to touchpoint openings and launches to ensure exceptional journey experiences.
• Effectively communicate company values to customers, encouraging brand-driven product selection alongside product features.
• Strategically plan all customer experiences to enhance brand perception.
• Identify new avenues for customer engagement and immersive experiences aligned with the company's target audience.
• Develop a scalable, modularized model for consistent application of the brand experience across all touchpoints, including permanent and temporary locations.
• Customize the brand experience model for each market based on geographical, cultural, and growth considerations.
Candidate profile • Experience with a large value brand
• Prior experience in managing the customer experience in a physical location
• Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills to communicate with clarity and using the right mediums
• Capacity to influence ideas and behaviors through the communication and the building of strong partner relationships
