Brand & Product Manager

For our client, company leader in the loyalty sector, we are looking for a: Brand & Product Manager Key Responsibilities:   Co-ordination of new product launches, including specification with R&D, graphic and visual development and communications planning Management product development & industrialization Analysis of the market and competitor activities Study of sales dynamics and market performance Defining medium-term strategies and budgets for assigned brands Collaboration with the Head of Brand & Product in defining the budget and marketing strategies Drive scouting brand & license Management and progress of new projects Keep valuable and trustful relationships with brands and manufacturer Endorse Commercial negotiation & Agreements Skills and experiences required:   +5 years' experience in rand & Product Development Italian speaking with very good English Available to travel in Italy and abroad.
Passionate about branding and market oriented Technical knowledge of different product categories, such as tableware, textile, luggage Technical skills in product development Highly organized, attention to details and able to manage multiple tasks Excellent team player & good listener, with the strategic overview and goal-oriented mindset Ability to quickly develop and maintain strong relationships Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to quickly adapt to change Positive, engaging and creative approach Graphic skills and ability to use graphics software is a plus Leads by example, and lives the company's values and has the ability to build and leverage mutually beneficial relationships and networks based on integrity and trust
