Brand Marketing Specialist (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a one-year maternity cover position.
The right candidate should be responsible for understanding and gathering consumer insights and market research, specifically what drives TOM awareness, brand salience and per capita consumption.
S/he works closely with the team to contribute to the annual business plan by planning and executing brand initiatives, the advertising plan, vending machines plan, consumer activations and new products launch, whilst ensuring the brand is always portrayed in the right way.
