In 2021, SEE launched Regeneration as a Brooklyn marketplace of vintage, thrift, and upcycled fashion serving the next generation of vintage shoppers. SEE acquired the iconic Manhattan Vintage Show in 2022 to grow its portfolio of brands and firmly declare that the future of fashion is vintage. Manhattan Vintage produces four shows a year in New York City.SEE is looking for a highly motivated, strategic, collaborative and analytical Brand Marketing Manager to manage and implement integrated marketing strategies for Manhattan Vintage and Regeneration . While at different growth stages, both brands require thoughtful prioritization and execution to realize and capitalize on opportunities for consumer and community engagement alongside growth. For Manhattan Vintage, a key win includes refining the marketing playbook. For Regeneration, developing and measuring tactics will be critical. For both brands, the ideal candidate is a self-starter who will harness strategic insights to inform campaigns that drive brand awareness, consideration, and action.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPLANNINGIn partnership with Marketing VP: Develop seasonal playbooks that underscore integrated marketing strategies. Critical goals are reach, engagement, and conversion across B2C and B2B channels.Leverage weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights to evaluate performance and prioritize actions.Serve as the marketing specialist for Manhattan Vintage and Regeneration, with a dedicated focus on brand and business needs, nuances, and opportunities.Oversee and manage seasonal calendar; stay attuned to weekly performance in order to anticipate and deliver on business needs.IMPLEMENTATIONResponsible for implementation of day-to-day marketing initiatives, which can include special events, digital and physical brand touchpoints, partnerships, and advertising.Marketing budget management, including tracking, reporting and payment coordination.While this position partners with the Marketing VP, success is predicated on forward-thinking leadership. Critical skills include gathering information to diagnose problems, making recommendations, and exercising independent thinking to make effective decisions.As part of timely and effective implementation, proactively identify opportunities and operational efficiencies that demonstrate measurable results.Uphold and innovate marketing best practices to inform brand-right and relevant ways to enhance brand loyalty and drive action.With support from Marketing VP, serve as the day-to-day point person for critical third party or agency partners: Email Service ProviderPaid DigitalCreative Design & CopywritingEventbrite & Owned SitesTEAM LEADERSHIPSuccessfully partner with the Social Media & Influencer Manager by instituting collaborative processes for Manhattan Vintage and Regeneration.Embody marketing's collaborative professionalism with cross-functional partners, including Community Managers, Show Producers, and Store Managers. This aptitude extends to B2B relationships, including Merchants and Dealers.Define business needs and resultant role scopes for NYC and Los Angeles interns. Lead their hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day management.EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGEMust have 4+ years of relevant brand marketing experience.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.Experience with brand, retail, fashion, and/or special event marketing.Demonstrated success planning and managing projects from beginning to end, such as multi-channel marketing campaigns and events.Demonstrated experience with third party or agency management.Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills.Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.Familiarity with email platforms such as Keap and Mailchimp.High degree of proficiency in Google Workspace, and familiarity with project management platforms such as AirTable and Notion.Fast learner, self-driven, and naturally curious.Understanding of and interest in brand benchmarks, business goals, and what it means to deliver extraordinary experiences!A love for and knowledge of the vintage category (a plus).COMPENSATIONSalaried full time position with base salary of $75,000 – $85,000 commensurate with experience; performance compensation eligibleMedical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents401k eligibility with full matchPaid time off (PTO) 12 vacation days, 2 personal days, and 6 holidays .This position is based in New York City and reports to the Marketing VP.
