We are in search of a skilled and forward-thinking Dessert Brand Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Innovation, to lead the development and introduction of our new dessert brand. This position presents a distinctive chance to head a significant project within an international corporation, steering brand strategy, innovation, and expansion across worldwide markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guiding the creation of an engaging brand strategy and positioning that appeals to target customers across various international markets.Performing market research and analyze consumer insights to pinpoint global trends, preferences, and opportunities within the dessert sector.Working in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including product development, operations and sales, to realize the brand's vision.Fostering product innovation and develop a pipeline to introduce a range of delectable dessert options that cater to worldwide tastes and preferences.Crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns and activations across diverse channels such as classic and digital advertising, experiential marketing.Setting brand guidelines, standards, and communications to maintain uniformity and clarity at every point of contact.Overseeing brand budgets, projections, and financial performance assessments to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.Cultivating and sustaining relationships with essential stakeholders, partners, and agencies to bolster brand efforts and strategic alliances.Keeping track of market performance, the competitive environment, and customer feedback to continuously improve and adjust brand strategies.Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of marketing experts to promote an environment of innovation, cooperation, and distinction.MUST HAVE:
