In order to support our success, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Brand Marketing Manager that wants to join our marketing team and to run marketing for one of the fastest growing food retail companies in Europe.

ABOUT THE ROLE: The selected candidate will join the Marketing department and will work directly with the Head of Marketing. You will drive our brand presence and ensure effective marketing campaigns execution worldwide, in close collaboration with international cross-functional teams, including Retail, Creative and Product Development.
You will:
Support the Head of Marketing and Country Managers planning quarterly marketing plans based on local needs and potential and tailor made marketing actions, including events, PR collaborations, promotions, co-marketing and in store activations.Conduct market research and competition analysis in close collaboration with Country Managers, to understand consumer needs, identify local market trends, and execute best in class marketing initiatives across all Countries.Plan, execute and analyze marketing campaigns, partnering with the Country Managers, to drive sales and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, reporting on the effectiveness of initiatives using KPIs and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.Develop editorial plan and relevant content for online and offline touchpoints (Social Media, Newsletter, In Store, PR, Creators), partnering with the Creative Team and external agencies.Continuous improvement of our Brand identity and development and execution of related initiatives.Analyse and monitor product performances, needs and potential in order to build integrated, efficient and engaging marketing campaigns for new product launches and menu review.Act as a brand guardian, overseeing the consistent application of the brand voice and visual identity, building brand guidelines and working on the global campaigns roll out across all markets.
REQUIREMENTS: You have a previous experience of 3-5 years in a role of brand manager or category marketing manager.Retail experience is a must.Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with flexible mindset, able to adapt to fast-paced and an ever changing environment.Enthusiasm and positive attitude.Teamwork and effective communication.Ability to work proactively, independently and handle multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines.Curious, problem solver and passionate to new trends in terms of food, marketing and contents.Any experience in food retail or in tech startups is a plus but not a must.Fluent English is mandatory.WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive Annual Salary Package.Permanent Contract.Bonus based on KPIs.Work in a truly diverse and supportive international team.Excellent progression opportunities as we in our hyper-growth phase.
