**FUNCTIONS**:
- be responsible for the marketing and communication strategy as well as brand management and development of the male entertainment channel brand;
- manage all aspects of consumer marketing and communication including advertising, media, promotions, affiliate marketing, publicity and internet.
Press management will be done in coordination with the Press Office;
- manage the channel brand ensuring all marketing efforts are in line with the channel brand;
- develope strategic marketing partnerships with the goal of furthering brand awareness and tune in;
- in conjunction with the Channel Workgroup, develope channel marketing and communication strategy in line with overall channel objectives;
- manage the implementation of the marketing and communication strategy;
- liaise with key partners including affiliate(s) and other 3rd party partners;
- manage project and channel marketing and communication budget;
- in conjunction with Marketing Director, manage all agency relationships;
- in conjunction with Marketing Director, manage channel qualitative and quantitative research;
- liaise with all departments to ensure marketing strategy is in line with overall channel objectives.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
He/she has experience in managing below the line communication, ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision, ability to manage a team and to work effectively in a team environment.
He/She also has strong communication, networking and client relation skills and excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
He/she has a previous 3 to 5 years experience in marketing for male media or lifestyle brands and he/she has a strong understanding and experience in television entertainment (both terrestrial and satellite).
Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory.
