Discover more about our company wide benefits and life at GSK on our webpage Life at GSK | GSK The Specialty Brand Manager will play a critical role in developing marketing mix and implement projects on Lupus and Hepato area in collaboration with Rheuma and Hepato Marketing Lead.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively lead the marketing strategy in a cross-functional team setting and will partner with LOC and global colleagues to deliver a high-impact marketing mix activities.
We are seeking a dynamic person with experience in Marketing and Field to join our pharmaceutical marketing team. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our pharmaceutical products effectively. The ideal candidate will have a background in pharmaceutical marketing, with a proven track record of success in brand management, product promotion and field activities.
In this role, you will… Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote pharmaceutical products in alignment with company objectives;
Develop and implement brand positioning strategies to differentiate our product in the marketplace.
Develop and implement content plan with omnichannel approach (localize contents and materials from global repository to Local market);
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, market access, finance to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards in all marketing activities.
Prepare and present marketing plans, budget proposals, and performance reports.

Why you? Basic Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or scientific field.
Minimal experience in Marketing AND Field OR Market Access activities
Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
Fluent Italian, strong communication skills
Fluent written and oral English
