As a member of our International Oncology organization and the Italy Oncology Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cancer care.
The Role: We are seeking a temporary Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Italy.
Reporting to the Oncology Country Manager (Italy), you will be responsible for driving brand marketing activities for our commercialized indications and upcoming launches.
This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional and cross-regional partners to ensure the seamless execution of the local country brand plan.
A Typical Day: Leading the local country brand planning process, including analyzing the competitive landscape and identifying key promotional opportunities.
Partnering with Medical Affairs to build and align on brand strategy.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement promotional activities.
Analyzing brand performance drivers and barriers, proposing actions to address opportunities or risks.
Developing and implementing external partner engagement plans, including national congresses and HCP meetings.
Creating local promotional materials aligned with local and global brand plans for use by the sales force and digital channels.
Working closely with Sales Managers on the Field Plan of Action, national/regional sales meetings, and Field communications.
Handling the local promotional budget and ensuring spend aligns with the approved budget.
Maintaining the highest ethical and compliance standards within the marketing team.
This Role May Be For You If: You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a science-related field, with a minimum of 3 years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience.
You excel in handling agencies and suppliers.
You communicate effectively and act promptly, demonstrating initiative and creativity.
You thrive in sophisticated, rapidly changing environments.
You possess excellent planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
You uphold strong integrity and ethics in behaviors, actions, and communications.
You have a working knowledge of local healthcare compliance codes and regulations related to promotional activities.
You are proficient in written and spoken Italian and English.
You are willing to travel as required (30-40%), including some weekends for conferences and meetings.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in oncology marketing.
Launch experience.
