Brand Manager Corona at AB InBev Position Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join a global beer brand that is transforming the beer landscape in Italy.
As Corona Brand Manager, you will play a key role in the brand's growth and presence in the market by supporting the creation and execution of integrated 360 marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, catman, trade marketing, to bring brand initiatives to life across stores and bars in the country.
You will also be part of the execution of Olympics, our main platform, with Milano Cortina Winter Olympics coming up in 2026.
Corona is #1 bet for the Italian business and for the Business Unit, top 3 Corona markets in Europe.
In this dynamic role, the main focus is to ensure the brand is executed to its highest standards, with a full 360 mindset, to continue to deliver growth and revenue for the Zone.
Job Purpose The purpose of the role is to implement the brand strategy and marketing plans in Italy, supporting the Senior Brand Manager.
You will implement marketing concepts and activities and execute these projects internally and externally aligned with brand vision and in cooperation with agencies and suppliers.
You will work closely with our internal and external stakeholders to align the plans and take ownership of the results.
You will also be responsible for the analysis and evaluation of the conducted marketing activities as well as responsible for the efficient management of the marketing budget and budget planning for Corona.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Development & Execution: Assist the Senior Brand Manager and Marketing Manager in designing and implementing 360-degree marketing campaigns such as our 100% Natural Campaign or Golden Moments Campaign. Ensure seamless execution of these campaigns across all channels, from ATL (Above the Line) to BTL (Below the Line). Sales Integration & Trade Activation: Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with in-store and on-trade execution. Ensure brand plans are effectively executed across stores and bars to drive sales and brand visibility. Collaborations & Partnerships: Deliver execution of our #1 priority platform with Milano Cortina 2026. Identify and manage opportunities for cross-brand collaborations that can enhance Corona's presence in connection with local culture. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including agencies, retailers, distributors, media partners. Market Insights & Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and provide insights based on sales and consumer feedback. Adjust strategies as needed to optimize market impact and deliver against key KPIs. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with trade marketing, sales, catman, revman and supply to ensure seamless execution of our plans in the market. Lead routines with key stakeholders to ensure proper project management as well as provide regular project updates. Budget Management: Ownership of budget for Corona Italy ensuring we spend our money according to strategic priorities and in the most efficient way according to our LE. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in brand management in Italy or a related role in FMCG. Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing principles, and consumer behaviour. Proven track record in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects and organizational skills. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns. Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Dreaming big mindset & strong drive for superior performance. Proficiency in English.
