The Position As a Brand Manager Haemophilia, you will drive and manage marketing activities to realize the full potential of the haemophilia area.
As part of the team, you will have frontline exposure to our brand and marketing vision, business strategies, lifecycle plans, and critical market insights that drive our business forward.
You will be responsible for building brand equity across HCPs, patients, and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring brand strategy alignment with Global while incorporating local perspectives.
Furthermore, you will: Lead pre-launch, launch, and post-launch brand activities in haemophilia: shaping the market, creating product awareness, and positioning.
Be responsible for the product's promotional strategy: organize promotional events, brand internal and external communication, and annual tactical plans to drive brand fast and strong uptake.
Manage the assigned budget to reach business objectives, being ready to leverage extra funding and investment opportunities.
Build sales forecasts and analyze market trends and product performance.
Lead an extensive cross-functional team to investigate environmental challenges, impacts on the market and stakeholders, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Qualifications To be eligible for this role, you should have a relevant academic background in economics or life science, preferably with a master's degree in marketing.
You should have at least 4-5 years of experience in marketing within the pharma industry.
Other requirements: Previous experience in product launches.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong problem-solving, execution, and a proactive attitude.
Result-oriented, with both strategic and analytical mindsets, and customer-oriented with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
Fluency in both Italian and English.
About the Department The rare diseases department manages marketing and sales activities relating to haemophilia, growth disorders, and hormone replacement therapy.
